This inserts GiveFreely's embed code to allow their modal to show up on the website.

Their modals should only show up under the following criteria:

• It should show up only on the 2nd page view of a session and not the 1st page view
• It should only show up once every 24 hours
• The modal should not show up more than 3 times in a 7 day period
• The modal should only be visible to 5% of users who visit Sefaria's site
