You can have infinite uses of Brilliance Scoop because they stack.

  1. Have 2 fully charged Brilliance Scoops
  2. Place 1 light from each scoop so they each have 74 uses left
  3. Stack them together
  4. Pick up a light; both scoops are now fully charged
