Unable to set "burn rate" #17

Description (Mandatory)

Burn rate is always 0, regardless of what is set in config file.

What caused the issue, what steps led up to the issue (Mandatory)

set in config.yml:

EMC_VALUES:
  BURN_RATE: 50

Actually... unable to save ANY changes to the config file, it resets on every server restart. Dissolution chest also appears to take additional materials not on the config list such as "Diamond_Chestplate" giving it a value of 0 emc... making this item infinite and free for forever, which surely better not be intended. Also items have emc value that the config didn't specify?? slimefun Electric_Motors worth 922 emc??? Documentation said slimefun items were planned to be added, and besides that, it seems strange that some items have preloaded values that can't be changed (of course that might be in part to the config file being rewritten every server start as already mentioned).

This plugin is pretty busted from what I've seen.
