Crushing mechanism not working

I am unable to make Netheo paste , when dropping an anvil on it from 4 or lower it just gets squished out of the way , 5 or higher it gets removed like any other item under an anvil. Originally found out about it in a public server , later tested it on a my privit one with the same result.

I can confirm this issue No errors in console
