ldap3-2.0.7 API change #181

change constant names for ldap3-2.1.1.
treat array and a scalar in the same way for ldap3-2.1.1. (API change since ldap3-2.0.7)

Successfully tested on Debian with Postgres 9.6.9-0+deb9u1, Multicorn 1.3.5, ldap3 2.2.4-1. Without this patch ldapfdw.py is unusable with these versions.
