I see there is some commit change for postgresql 11, but not yet been released. Any plan?

Version 1.4.0 has support for PostgreSQL 11 and 12. It has been tagged, but there is no corresponding release here on GitHub. https://github.com/Segfault-Inc/Multicorn/tree/v1.4.0
