Support IMPORT SCHEMA #82

This should be available, as it will really help a lot of people use the software. http://www.postgresql.org/docs/devel/static/fdw-callbacks.html#FDW-CALLBACKS-IMPORT

It is indeed planned, but no roadmap for now, sorry.

Experimental support is available on the import_foreign_schema branch.
