Citadel is a Discord oauth I need to create a button that logs-in a twitch user. Where the system will find a match of the discord twitch user, and combine the twitch user. This means that any reference to the user_id that used the twitch source, will have to be updated to the discord source.

Any existing Twitch user should be destroyed.
