There's a bit of complexity with the header menu.

Do we include collections so it shows a list of "services", and "pages". If that's the case then the option to exclude content items needs to exist. Alternatively all of the collection children would need to be added. I'm not sure this is the best path.

This means the menu items will have to have the ability to be renamed.

Also there needs to be static links created, with the option to add children. Maybe?
