As we consider a possible SEGS Client, we'll need a UI. Per discord discussion, QT Quick is our current target platform for GUI elements.

We can begin work on this now, by creating the necessary art assets following the guide here: https://doc.qt.io/qt-5.11/qtquickcontrols2-imagine.html

I'd personally prefer to see a style closely resembling (or derived from) official client UI.

That said, it might be nice to have a 2nd or 3rd option?

Source files should probably be SVG for scalability and future-proofing? Or font-based for symbolic icons.
