Mirror GitHub teams as Discord roles #3

Create and maintain Discord roles to mirror the SEGS organization teams on GitHub. Current members should be assigned to the Discord role. The role should not be color coded nor be displayed distinctly from other roles. It should be mentionable however. This will make it easier to address each team as needed for conversational purposes.

Done -- the roles have the same name.
