Enable GitHub authentication on wiki.segs.io #40

Install and configure https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Extension:OAuth2_Client or specifically, https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Extension:OAuth2Github. This will enable GitHub credentials to work on https://wiki.segs.io/. This is related to issue #15.
