[Wiki] Console Commands on Wiki #49

Feature Summary

Create a comprehensive list of console commands on the Wiki here. Wanted to make an issue for this so it was tracked (and can be updated if I disappear).

Is your feature request related to a problem?

No specific problem, but it would help people look up commands and figure out how to use them faster, plus they don't have to have the client open to see them.

Proposed Implementation

I'll just type them into the Wiki :D

Alternatives and Additional Remarks

We could simply leave the /cmdlist as the only listing of console commands, but personally I think that's silly.
