[Request] Fetch clips from a channel

Requested feature

A new command to fetch the n latest clips from a channel with at least the following attributes :

• Unique ID
• Title
• Link
• Embeddable clip link (if possible ?)

Expected use-cases

• Play a random streamer's clip during a shoutout.
