OpenSuse compilation #1

I'm not sure if it's worth adding anything to the readme but I was able to successfully compile on OpenSuse Tumbleweed with just removing the declaration of gettimeofday in main.c

Fantastic and thanks for the input. I'll update readme. I'm working on releasing DikuMUD III (or is it really 4) so prolly won't do too much on 2.
