Add the 2 missing netcdf files for Kaikoura (fixes #27). In the initial setup (the one used in the paper), my velocity model was wrong. In fact, I did not realize that the New Zealand velocity model is given in a rotated coordinate system. Since #26, I have fixed this problem. There are 2 netcdf files, one of finer resolution used near the faults and a coarser one further away from the fault system.

CI fails, but not caused by this. We'll fix this soon, after this we can merge.
