A CLI command for getting tomorrow's info ENTSO-E has about generation, with the goal to estimate CO2 content.

At least the roundtrip works now. Some topics for eventual immediate attention:

Any validation we could add in place (for preventing bad surprises)?
Change / adapt the source data (see extensive discussion in this PR). Document the shortcomings or issues to be evaluated.

I suggest we merge this PR now (unless you find other issues to fix, of course) and make those things above into new issues, to be worked on next.
