Can't link SEKAI profile after logging out #370

Describe the bug Can't link SEKAI profile after disconnecting

To Reproduce

  1. Login to your account (I used Discord)
  2. Log out
  3. Login
  4. SEKAI profile disconnected. Insert SEKAI profile ID
  5. Click ✓

Expected behavior Expected to reconnect to SEKAI profile/show message to paste into description like the first time link

Possible cause and/or solution SEKAI ID number not saved in the account information
