[BUG] Some TW Assets shows JP content or had been missed #446

Describe the bug

TW server's Gacha banner images after gacha178 shows JP server's content and some TW server only limited login bonus' background images are missed.

To Reproduce

Gacha banner images:

  1. Go to 'Assets Viewer'
  2. Go to the path 'Root / home / banner' and go to the directory 'banner_gacha178_rip'
  3. Open the image and you can see it shows JP content

Limited login bonus' background images (limited login bonus qixi_2023 for example):

  1. Go to 'Assets Viewer'
  2. Go to the path 'Root / loginbonus / event' and you can see there are not a directory named qixi_2023

Expected behavior The wrong and missed contents are normal.

Update: Mentioned assets are normal now.
