Motivation.
Every server but the JP server is still using art assets made before the 3rd anniversary update. As such, it would be very nice to be able to access some art assets currently absent in the asset viewer. In particular, card thumbnails for 1 and 2s changed in 3rd anniversary by being given a new background. Having such assets still available may also be valuable for historical purposes.
Suggested Implementation
Assuming the old files are still cached somewhere within sekai.best, simply adding them to the asset viewer would suffice.
Additional context
I'm sure that there are additional art assets beyond what I have described that have changed in 3rd anniversary. Thumbnails are the only ones affecting me right now.
