Allow the main screen to be opened in a new tab #2

Currently, willow's main is displayed on the browser's current active screen. Have an option to take the willow main page to a separate tab.

This is a great new feature but when I choose to view it as a side panel I lose the willow window for good (until I explicitly open the extension again, which starts with an empty map from scratch)
