Status Change Date Error on Ticket Timeline #3 #9

Describe the bug For certain tickets, Ticket Timeline are displaying incorrect dates especially when the tickets are being sent back. Ticket ID : KA-RCH-7765243444-0001

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to 'Inbox'
  2. Click on 'KA-RCH-7765243444-0001'
  3. Scroll down to Ticket Timeline
  4. Ticket Created date is 21 Aug 2024 - Status = Pending for Assignment CRM assigns the Ticket to Vendor on 22 Aug 2024 - Status = Pendning for Solution Vendor Send Back Ticket to CRM Ticket Timeline shows date as 21 Aug 2024 - Status = Pending for Assignment When the Tickets are being sent back, Ticket Timeline are dsipalying in correct dates. (This is one of the use case which we observed this issue happening. We may have to test other flows to know if this issue is occuring.)

Expected behavior Ticket Timeline should diplay the correct data when the action was taken by the user.

@deepikaarora88 this is still not fixed
