bundle being rejected due to alm-examples section #26

At first thought this was a bug with operator-sdk and raised

https://github.com/operator-framework/operator-sdk/issues/4547

But then realised it only happens in packagemanifests-certified and not in packagemanifests.

Seems to be caused by the packagemanifests-certified.sh shell script that replaces the non-certified image names with the RCR equivalents
