Desktop Notification when PC is asleep. #140

Describe the bug Not exactly a "bug" but basically if I leave my laptop on it goes to sleep eventually, when I turn it back on every desktop notification I was intended to recieve while the Laptop was asleep gets set off at once so you get like 3 minutes straight of windows going through the notifications one by one even for streamers who started streaming hours ago.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior: Have desktop notifications on. Leave laptop to go to sleep for a few hours. Log back in. Any streamer who went live when the Laptop was asleep you will get a notification for one at a time.

Expected behavior Only notify me for streamers going live after I log back on.

(also I guess I should say this isnt a thing exclusively in sleep mode, it also happens simply when turning on the laptop in the morning after its been off all night for example)
