It would be a killer feature if users could see all their livestream platforms in one extension

Login to multiple platform accounts
Perhaps a new view on the settings to manage accounts
Get livestreams followed from all enabled platforms
v0 could aggregate all livestreams into the current view but later versions could 'view by platform'
