Add the Ability to sort or rearrange the order of the Custom Collections

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Currently, the custom collections appear in the order they were created in.

Describe the solution you'd like I'd love to be able to rearrange the collections. The most straightforward solution would be to sort them by name on creation, but I'm sure not everyone would appreciate having that "forced" on them. Of course, when the sort function is being worked on, it should be comparatively "simple" to add a selection of properties to sort by.

IE.: the combined viewer count of all live channels in a collection.

Describe alternatives you've considered A different option, which I imagine to be far more complex to implement, would be to add a drag & drop function to rearrange the collections via drag & drop. A toggle-lock button would be needed to avoid accidental rearranging.

Additional context This is how my collections look now. The sort selector only affects the channels within each collection, which is a nice feature.

Manual sorting will take some time, but in the meantime, collections will be sorted by name. The change has been submitted and will be available soon.
