[Feature Request] Remember Window Size #50

I mostly change effects by using the scroll wheel. As described in #49 (section Another workaround) this can lead to unintended changes of other items.

This would not affect me if the settings window:

always opens with enough height (which barely fits on a 1080p monitor and might be therefore no good default choice)
or remembers its size
