Set up continuous builds for merged tree #11

The continuous builds for the merged tree should run on:

* Windows XP
* Linux
* OS X

and run the tests for the language bindings:

* Java
* Python
* Ruby
* C#
* JS API

For WebDriver, browser should also be in the matrix for continuous builds, probably

HtmlUnit 2.6, IE{6, 7, 8}, FF{2, 3, 3.5}, Chrome{live-updated dev channel), Remote.

Certainly it would be handy to have each of these running separately, to know exactly

what was broken, when things break.

Patrick has taken this and run with it. The build is up, just not green.
