Refactor the formatters in Selenium IDE #6054

As a followup to Issue 5667, apply a similar strategy to the formatters. The errors
from formatters provided by extensions, user formats and plugins, should be reported
as such. This would require a major refactoring in that area and hopefully make it
more managable.

Also fix the situation that redefining core functions in a formatter does not override
the default ones that are provided.
