Newly added format is not shown

Originally reported on Google Code with ID 7581

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Click the record button
2. Open Options>Options...>Formats>Add
3. Enter a name for the new format and edit the text
4. Click save

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The list on the left side should show the new added format, but it doesnt.
After closing the Options windows, stopping the recording and reopening the Options
windows to the Formats tab, the new format will appear in the list.

Selenium version: Selenium IDE 2.5.0
OS: Windows 7
Browser: Firefox 
Browser version: 27.0.1

It is not related to recording, the issue is more generial
