[Selenium IDE] adding/editing format doesn't close the dialog when Save is clicked #995

Adding/editing format doesn't close the dialog when Save is clicked. You have to click
on Cancel or the close button after clicking the Save. This is non-intuitive and confusing
since clicking the Save button doesn't give any feedback.

How old a build are you using? I think I fixed this Friday afternoon.

I've installed 1.0.8 which was released on 5 november 2010. The download page doesn't
show a newer version. The Firefox addon page mentions that there aren't any updates.

Try with 1.0.9-SNAPSHOT from http://xserve.openqa.org:8085/browse/IDE-IDE-10/artifact.
Hoping to release it this week.
