Can the install be done for System and not for the User. #1712

Looking to see if Selenium IDE can be installed for the system and not at the user level.

@BryonPri - Are you using Selenium IDE on MacOS? I've been struggling with this too and I have no idea why 😭

@BryonPri - Btw I'm currently the main maintainer so I would really appreciate you confirming if we're in the same boat with this or not.

No Sorry should have included that this is a Windows device.

I've been hearing about a couple windows user install issues lately. I suspect there is something here I need to figure out with electron-builder. Unfortunately, I'm kinda stuck without a windows box.

@BryonPri - We now build for windows on a windows device, so perhaps this is resolved?

@BryonPri - I am going to close this in a week or so if I don't hear from you. I have a few windows users who are able to install everywhere now I think, so this issue should be resolved.
