I'd like to try [Selenium IDE(selenium-ide-2.9.1.xpi) to see how the scheduler works. I can't find a safe download. Where could I find this? Thank you.

or whatever release is the most up to date with the scheduler

You can check with https://virustotal.com, if it is known as safe or not.
