Edit Links Broken in Docs #760

🐛 Bug Report

Edit links are going to: dev/content/en/documentation/webdriver/bidi_apis.en.md when they should be going to : dev/website_and_docs/content/documentation/webdriver/bidi_apis.en.md

The solution might be changing this line https://github.com/SeleniumHQ/seleniumhq.github.io/blob/dev/website_and_docs/config.toml#L150-L151 to "website_and_docs/", but it is also adding "en", which I wouldn't expect based on this line: https://github.com/SeleniumHQ/seleniumhq.github.io/blob/dev/website_and_docs/config.toml#L15

So I'm not sure what the right fix is right off.
