[Suggestion] Make Banishing auto detect modded Nether mobs #4

Tinker's Construct uses this for its Hellish trait to calculate if a mob can spawn in the Nether (or rather here if it doesn't).

A similar idea could be implemented to have Banishing support modded Nether mobs (like from Natura or NetherEx).
