chore: remove all .css global files and rewrite styles to tailwind #27

This PR includes rewrite all .css files to tailwind classes and remove redundant files.

The appearance of the page may differ in some places since I've already tried to adjust some things to the company's design system, like h tags' fonts, brand colors on hover etc. Design of the Design System page itself was not defined yet, so most of styles will be certainly supplemented and edited in the future.
