What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. specify a header for a csv file.
2. you cannot use trailing spaces with the columns

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

You have to have header='var1|var2|var3 ' and it would be nice to use of 'var1 
| var2 | var3' for 
readability.

Please use labels and text to provide additional information.
