Psuedo-Events do not check the segment blacklist

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Make a segmented PMML model that uses aggregations
2. Make a config file with AggregateScore and blacklist a segment
3. Run

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Blacklisted segments should not be scored, but they are

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Current Augustus Trunk, on Unix
