If a Project Tab visualization is going to display a large number of nodes, prompt user to continue #301

What should be the cutoff? 100 nodes? 500?

Prompt this when trying to load visualization with more than 500 nodes

"When I load a large model onto the Stage and then hit the Submodel visualization button, I don't get the warning message about there being a large number of nodes in the network. It immediately starts the visualization. If I switch to one of the other visualizations, I get the warning, and then when I switch back to the Submodel viz, I get the warning then. So it's something that only happens just after loading in the model."
