To reproduce:
1) open the pandit example model 2) visualize its submodel view 3) toggle "fix nodes" on 4) select one of the submodels and extract it to a new model
Nodes will jump to another part of the stage. Edges and hull shading are lost as well. Workaround is to toggle "fix nodes" off.
