Incorrect nodes selected when clicked after using bounding box

To reproduce:

• Open a model in a new Project Tab
• Visualize its dependency network
• Switch to the bounding box view
• Select a bunch of nodes with a bounding box
• Then click on several nodes in sequence
• Sometimes no node is selected, sometimes different nodes are selected

This occurs whether or not you hold down ctrl/cmd to add to the bounding box selection.
