Use ORCID URI as the RDF resource (or OWL individual) for model creators/contributors, if provided #335

Currently, for the OMEXmetadataWriter, a local resource is created whenever there is more information that just an account name. Change this so that the account name is used for the RDF resource if present, regardless of how much more info there is about the person. Should also check that account name formatting is URI-valid.
