Alignment: owl:unionOf(obo:BFO_0000020 obo:PATO_0000001) skos:related oboe:Characteristic #35

This issue is to track mapping owl:unionOf(obo:BFO_0000020 obo:PATO_0000001) to oboe:Characteristic through skos:related property. This issue comes directly from the obs-model-alignment-axioms spreadsheet on Drive.

obo:BFO_0000020 is BFO:specifically dependent continuant obo:PATO_0000001 is PATO:quality

I have changed the mapping diagram (and will update the spreadsheet at some point) so that oboe:characteristic is equivalent to bfo:sdc, so we don't need the union class. PATO:quality should really be a subclass of sdc, so including it in this graph is not necessary. I also think we can use an equivalent class relation here, instead of SKOS related to.
