This pull request aims to establish new environment with TypeScript and Webpack as a step to Angular 2 friendly environment.

Main points:

New workflow with Webpack
TypeScript as a main language
sm-button directive and unit tests for it were successfully migrated to TS as POC (closes #41)
Remade Karma setup
jshint replaced by tslint with sample set of rules
Updated travis.yml to run latest stable nodejs
Updated README.md (closes #47)

The npm build script doesn't appear to output anything. Is that just a placeholder for now or is there a problem with the webpack config?
