Change url of : Using maxSelections lets you force a maximum number of selections. You can also use -> form validation <-. Cause: Wrong redirection Actual : https://semantic-ui.com/modules/behaviors/form.html#validation-rules After : https://semantic-ui.com/behaviors/form.html#validation-rules

I modified it to just have / before instead of full url, should fix
