Upgrade 2.2.11 #124

Hello, is this package still maintained?, it's stuck on 2.2.6. I'm working on on few features that require a newer version.

Same here. I've had to manually update my behaviors/form.js to avoid errors that have been fixed in 2.2.11.

We are now at 2.2.13 and there has been little to no activity on here. Since quite a lot of peoples have used this package in their project, I would like to contribute some work to keep it updated, but I really don't know where to start.
