Submenu of dropdown pointing demo often displays wrongly #4284

Bug Report

Submenu of dropdown pointing demo half the time displays "under", and then redoing it displays "over", alternating behaviour.

Steps

Click dropdown on this section of the demo page.

Expected Result

Screenshot_20210906_194357 all of the time

Actual Result

Screenshot_20210906_194209 every other time.
