[test] Karma-based testing raises errors with new JQuery + bundled helpers

Here's a list of issues encountered when running karma start on Windows 10 after:

• Pointing to JQuery 2.3.1 in karma.conf.js
• Installing karma@1.7.0, jasmine-core@2.6.2, karma-coverage@1.1.1, karma-spec-reporter@0.0.31

Outcome:

• test\modules\module.spec.js calls .size() method on object - deprecated as of JQuery 1.8 - at line 38 and line 71 instead of using .length object property
• both test\helpers\jasmine-jquery.js and test\helpers\jasmine-sinon.js need to be updated. Copied and pasted contents from updated Github repos velesin/jasmine-jquery and froots/jasmine-sinon.

After properly fixing listed issues everything then run smoothly.
