Please add flags for Antarctica (aq) and United Nations

For Antarctica there is no flag available. As alternative UN flag could be used, however it is also missing from the flag collection.

The active community fork Fomantic-UI has got all missing flags as part of the emoji component https://fomantic-ui.com/elements/emoji.html

For version 2.9 the sprite flags are going to be replaced by the same SVG icons, so every missing country code flag will be supported while the syntax stays backward compatible https://github.com/fomantic/Fomantic-UI/pull/1190
