[Tab] - Overlaping lines #7011

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Go to https://semantic-ui.com/modules/tab.html#/settings
  2. Click on Select language
  3. You'll see two horizontal lines on top of menu

Expected It should show a menu on top of two lines
